7. Remove the throttle body.

Remove the throttle body nuts.
NOTE: Discard the gasket.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the throttle body and nuts.

Tighten the throttle body nuts in two stages:

Stage 1. 10 Nm (7 Lb-Ft).

Stage 2. 20 Nm (15 Lb-Ft).
NOTE: Install a new gasket.
2. Connect the coolant hoses to the throttle body.
3. Connect the accelerator and speed control cables to the throttle linkage.
4. Connect the electrical connectors.

Connect the TP sensor.

Connect the IAC and TP switch electrical connectors.
5. Install the air cleaner outlet tube.
6. Fill the engine cooling system.
7. Connect the battery ground cable.
NOTE: When the battery is disconnected and reconnected, some abnormal drive symptoms may occur while the vehicle relearns its adaptive
strategy. The vehicle may need to be driven 16km (10 miles) or more to relearn the strategy.
