Subject
R50 (Cooper) R53 (Cooper S) with Navigation system (option 609): Board Monitor start-up delay not temperature related.
Complaint
The Board Monitor display has a start-up delay independent of the ambient temperature.
Cause
Board Monitor display.
Measure
On a customer complaint basis only replace the Board Monitor display.
Install the new display with P/N 65 90 6 947 196.
