Spray lubricant between the front height adjustment arms and the rivet heads on the inner surface of the arms.

Spray lubricant between the rear height adjustment arms and the rivet head and between the arms and the cushion frame.

The height adjustment arm pivot is very hard to see, but it is above the forward end of the gas shock. Refer to following illustration for a view of the part
that shows where the lubricant should be applied..

The lubricant should be sprayed between the arm and the gear segment as well as between the gear segment and the rivet head.
