Water Pump: Service and Repair
Removing And Installing/Replacing Water Pump
Special Tools Required:

Turn off ignition.
Disconnect battery.
Drain cooling system.
Remove alternator.
Slacken modular front end.
Remove bolts (1) from both crush tubes.
Remove bolts (2) holding both crush tubes to subframe and remove crush tubes.
Modular front end (MFE) to front axle carrier extension legs
M8 x 30 ............................................................................................................................................................................................................. 22 Nm
M6 x 16 ............................................................................................................................................................................................................... 5 Nm
Fit special tool 11 8 401 and 11 8 402
