Front Steering Knuckle: Service and Repair
Replacing Left Or Right Steering Knuckle
Special tools required:

32 3 090
Remove bearing (wheel hub).
Remove nut and disconnect steering tie rod ends using special tool 32 3 090 (1).
Remove nut and release control arm from steering knuckle using special tool 32 1 190.
Outer ball joints to lower arm
M12 x 1.5 Nut ................................................................................................................................................................................................... 56 Nm
Note: Use only once.
Secure knuckle against falling off.
Release clamp bolt from knuckle and remove knuckle from strut.
Front strut to knuckle
M12 x 1.5 x 60 .................................................................................................................................................................................................. 81 Nm
