Slight Buzzing Noise from Speedometer

MODEL
R56 (Cooper, Cooper S) with Navigation (SA609)
Vehicles produced from August 31, 2006

SITUATION
When the vehicle is decelerating, the customer might experience a slight buzzing noise from the speedometer when the speedometer needle is between
0-12 miles per hour.

Note: 

This only affects vehicles with Navigation (SA609) installed in the vehicle.

GENERAL INFORMATION

This is normal operation. Any attempt to rectify this complaint, either by parts replacement or coding, is not possible.
