Absolute Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

13 62 010 Removing And Installing/Replacing Differential Pressure Sensor

Necessary preliminary tasks:

-

Remove intake filter housing

-

Installation location: On intake air manifold, left side.

IMPORTANT:  Read and comply with notes on protection against electrostatic damage (ESD protection).

Unlock plug (1) and remove.
Release screw.
Pull differential pressure sensor (2) out of intake air manifold.

Installation:

Check sealing ring, replace if necessary.
Tightening torque
1AZ Differential-pressure sensor to intake manifold

Type: N12
M6 x 18..................................................................................................................................................................................................................5 Nm

Installation:

Check stored fault messages.
Now clear the fault memory.
