Replacing Left or Right Trailing Arm Bracket

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove trailing arm with bracket

Important!

When replacing trailing arm:
Replace self-tapping screw.
Before installing the trailing arm, tap a thread in the trailing

arm with the new screw.

Release screw (1) and remove bracket (2).

Installation: 

Tighten down screw in normal position.
Holder, trailing arm to trailing arm

R55, R56

M14 (tighten in normal position) ..............................................................................................................................................................  165 Nm

After installation:

Perform chassis alignment check See: Alignment/Service and Repair
