Necessary preliminary tasks:

Open folding roof
Release screws (1).
Remove panel (2).
Removing and Installing/Replacing Left or Right Roof Frame Panel
54 34 355 - Removing and installing/replacing left or right roof frame panel
Pull roofliner to one side.
Release screw and pull panel (1) off roof frame towards rear.
