Note:
To check engine oil pressure and oil pressure switch, install and connect special tools.
Unscrew oil filter cap; engine oil flows out of oil filter housing into oil sump.
If oil pressure is zero at idle, do not rev engine to 3000 rpm.
Installation:
Replace sealing ring.
Tightening torque 11 42 1AZ.
Remove oil pressure switch.
Installation:
Tightening torque, 12 61 1AZ.
Install special tool 11 8 360 See: Tools and Equipment/11 8 360 Adapter with sealing ring (1) in place of oil pressure switch.
