Timing Cover: Service and Repair
Removing And Installing, Sealing/replacing Timing Case Cover
Special Tools Required:

Remove vibration damper.
Remove alternator drive belt tensioner.
Remove crush tubes.
Slacken modular front end.
Fit special tool 11 8 401 and 11 8 402
Slacken coolant pump bolts (1) and move coolant pump (2) sufficiently to give access to front cover.
Hydro-mount to body (screw)
M10 x 110
Jointing torque ......................................................................................................................................................................................................... 56 Nm

Remove timing cover in sequence (11-1).
