Special tools required:

16 1 020 See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Tools and Equipment/16 1 020 Pin Wrench

Necessary preliminary tasks:

-

Draw off fuel from fuel tank See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel Tank/Service and Repair/Procedures

Remove rear seat See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Rear Seat - Through-Loading System/Removing and Installing or Replacing
Rear Seat

Push trim panel (1) forward.
Unscrew nuts (2).
Tightening torque, 16 11 2AZ See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Specifications/16 11 Fuel Tank and Mounting Parts.
Remove cover (3).
