Necessary preliminary tasks:

Discharge fuel tank See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel Tank/Service and Repair/Procedures

Remove rear seat See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair

Remove sensor unit (left) See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel Pump/Service and Repair
Push trim panel (1) forward.
Unfasten screws (2).
Installation:
Tightening torque 16 11 2AZ See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Specifications/16 11 Fuel Tank and Mounting Parts.
Remove the cover (3).
