Necessary preliminary tasks:

Disconnect battery negative lead See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Disconnecting and Connecting
Battery Negative Lead

Remove complete navigation instrument cluster See: Removing and Installing Complete Navigation Instrument Cluster
Release screws (1).
Remove navigation display from instrument cluster.
