61 14 030 - Removing and installing/replacing B+ multifuse distributor

Necessary preliminary tasks:

-

Remove right cowl panel cover

-

Disconnect battery negative lead See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Disconnecting and Connecting
Battery Negative Lead

Note:

Battery shown removed for purposes of clarity.

Pull B+ distributor (1) in direction of arrow out of bracket (2).

Installation:

Make sure B+ distributor (1) is correctly engaged on bracket (2).
