Throttle Body: Service and Repair
13 54 030 - Removing and installing/sealing throttle valve assembly (N12)
Necessary preliminary tasks:

Read out fault memory of DME control unit.

Check stored fault messages.

Switch off ignition

Remove air intake hose See: Intake Air Duct/Service and Repair
Unfasten screws.
Tightening torque 13 54 1AZ See: Specifications/13 54 Throttle Valve with Servodrive.
Carefully feed out throttle valve assembly (1) towards top until plug for cable connection is accessible.
Unlock connector and remove.
Remove throttle valve assembly (1).
Installation:
Replace sealing ring (1).
