Noise from Recirculation Motors

SITUATION
The customer may report that an unpleasant noise can be heard when the recirculation flap is actuated.
CAUSE
Recirculation motor
PROCEDURE
In the case of a customer complaint, activate and deactivate the recirculation motor by pressing the recirculation switch. If the recirculation motor is
causing an abnormal noise, replace the recirculation motor as described in Repair Instruction RA 64 11 805 "Removing and installing/replacing servo
drive for fresh-air/recirculated-air flap".
