Auxiliary Water Pump: Service and Repair
11 53 590 Removing and installing/replacing auxiliary water pump (N14)
Special tools required:

Necessary preliminary tasks:
^
Drain coolant from radiator.
Release hose clamps (1 and 2) with special tool 17 2 052.
Detach coolant hoses from auxiliary water pump.
Disconnect plug connection (4).
Release screws (3).
Tighten auxiliary water pump to crankcase
3AZ Auxiliary water pump to crankcase
M6x100 ............................................................................................................................................................................................................... 8 Nm
Vent cooling system.
Assemble engine.
