Installation Note:
Installation position of adjustment unit can be freely selected.
Secure central bolt (1) with special tool 00 9 120.
Tightening torque: 11 36 1AZ See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Specifications/Mechanical Specifications/11 36 Variable Camshaft Control.
Fit chain tensioner See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Timing Components/Timing Chain Tensioner/Service and Repair.
Check timing See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Camshaft, Lifters and Push Rods/Camshaft/Testing and Inspection.
Assemble engine.
