Remove right engine support bracket See: Replacing Right Engine Mounting Bracket (From 12/03).

Note:

from 12.2003

Release bolt (1) and remove engine mount (2).

Tightening torque, 22 11 6AZ See: Specifications.

Note:

Application before 03.2002

Remove engine mount with special tool 11 8 380 See: Tools and Equipment/11 8 380 Pin wrench.

Installation:

-

Replace screw on engine mount.
Tightening torque, 22 11 6AZ See: Specifications.

On bodies with M12 threads in the bushing for the engine mount, drill out the top hole to 14 mm diameter and 20 mm deep and surface-grind the
contact surface for the bolt head at the bottom. Then paint the bare surfaces with primer.
