Center the mode door steel actuation link and tighten the mode door steel actuation link pilot screw enough so the link will not wobble, but loose
enough so the washer does not rotate with the link. If the inner cable has become detached from the mode door steel actuation link, install a "push
nut", P/N 27173-4B000, to a position of 5 mm from the mode door steel actuation link. If the mode door control cable becomes detached from the
heater box or control head, replace the mode door control cable. If the control knob pinion has jumped the rack, replace the control head.
