Air Mix Door Motors I And II Replacement

AIR MIX (BLEND) DOOR MOTOR INSTALLATION

Install and Setup

- Install air mix door motor(s) on heater unit and connect to the body harness.
- Set temperature control lever at full-cold position.
- Set air mix door(s) to full-cold position and fasten door rod.

Check and Verify

- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check that when temperature control lever is at full-cold, both air mix doors are at full-cold position. Also check that when the temperature
control lever is full-hot, the air mix doors are full-hot as well.
