SERVICE INFORMATION

On some 300ZX vehicles, a change in the electrical resistance of the fuel level sensor assembly could cause the fuel level sensor to become inoperative
or the fuel gauge on the dash to read incorrectly or erratically.

If this incident occurs, a countermeasure fuel level sensor is available to resolve this incident.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

Remove the original fuel level sensor and replace with the countermeasure unit.
