Auxiliary Air Control (AAC) Valve: Description and Operation

300ZX Turbo

    The auxiliary air control valve is attached to the intake collector. The electronic control unit actuates the valve by on-off pulses of approximately 160
Hz. Greater amounts of air will flow through the valve as the valve is left on for longer periods of time.
