W/INDEPENDENT REAR SUSPENSION

1.

Remove axle shaft as described under ``Axle Shaft, Replace,'' in the ``Rear Axle & Suspension Section.''

2.

Remove stabilizer bar attaching bolt.

3.

Disconnect shock absorber from lower mounting, Fig. 16.

4.

Scribe alignment marks on suspension arm pin and arm, then remove suspension arm pin and the arm.

5.

Reverse procedure to install, then adjust rear wheel alignment as described in ``Wheel Alignment Section.''
