SERVICE INFORMATION

Some 1984-1987 30OZX vehicles may exhibit a clicking noise from one or both rear wheels during acceleration and deceleration. Use the following
Service Procedure to eliminate this noise.

NOTE:

The Factory has applied the following countermeasures to production vehicles beginning with the Applied VINs above. Do not perform
this procedure on vehicles built after these VINs.

This procedure differs from the 200SX procedure (RA87-004/TS87-101), in that on the 300ZX model the companion flange MUST be
replaced with a countermeasure part.
