2003-2004 350Z; RATTLE NOISE FROM REAR VIEW MIRROR HARNESS COVER

IF YOU CONFIRM

There is a rattle noise from the rear view mirror area.

The noise may sound like it is coming from inside the mirror.

Or

^

The noise may sound like it is coming from the dash area.

And

^

The noise is eliminated by pushing the rear view mirror harness cover (see Figure 1) against the windshield glass.

ACTION:

Resolve the incident by applying strips of felt cloth tape as shown in the Service Procedure section of this bulletin.
