Measure the tread depth with a Tread Depth Gauge as shown in Figure A.
Make sure to measure at the deepest part of a center water channel (do not measure on top of a tread wear-bar).

After determining the total cost of the tires, including special shipping charges, if any, excluding any charges for mount and balance (see NOTE A,
below), and minus the customer-pay percentage, submit for reimbursement (see NOTE C, below) using Parts Category Code "776" or "777" (for dealers
that are participating in the Nissan Tire Advantage Program and purchased the tires from Dealer Tire, do no submit the Dart number OETIR-XXXX on
the claim), as follows:

Enter the Part Category "776" for vehicles with 17" tire size to charge the sum of the calculated net cost of the 2 tires, plus shipping in the "Parts"
portion of the claim.

Enter the Part Category "777" for vehicles with 18" tire size to charge the sum of the calculated net cost of the 2 tires, plus shipping in the "Parts"
portion of the claim.

Enter the quantity of "2" in the "PART QTY" column.

Enter the dollar amount for the net sum cost of the tires, plus shipping in the "AMT1" column with "FW" as the detail coverage code.

Enter the customer-pay dollar amount in the "AMT2" column with "CP" as the detail coverage code.

Enter the Tread Depth part numbers, TRDEPTHXXA and TRDEPTHXXC, with XX indicating the remaining tire tread depth of each tire replaced
in the "parts" field on the claim. Reimbursement amount will be calculated based on the greater of the two tire remaining tread depths.
Example:
Left front tire with remaining tread depth = 4/32
