2003 - 2004 350Z FRONT TIRE NOISE CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT ELIGIBILITY INSPECTION

This bulletin has been amended. The Claims Information has been updated. Please discard previous versions of this bulletin.

The purpose of this bulletin is to provide inspection procedures to confirm if a customer's vehicle meets the criteria and is eligible for compensation as
set forth in a class action settlement for front tire noise. Any repair or adjustment made to the vehicle is not covered by this bulletin.

APPLIED VEHICLES:
2003 - 2004 350Z (Z33)

BACKGROUND

As part of a settlement of a class action lawsuit involving allegations of tire noise or tire growl in some 2003 and 2004 350Z vehicles, Nissan will be
sending qualified customers a Service Visit/Tire Discount Coupon or Dealer Shopping Card. These coupons / shopping cards are not transferable and
apply only to the name and VIN listed on the coupon.

Service Visit/Tire Discount Coupon

This coupon will entitle only those specific customers to certain tire tread and alignment inspections, which are described in this bulletin, for their 2003
or 2004 350Z at no charge to them for parts or labor. Based on the results of the inspections, some customers may qualify for a $125.00 discount or
rebate on the purchase of tires.

Dealer Shopping Card

Some customers will qualify for a Dealer Shopping Card ($225 for 2003 Models or $150 for 2004 Models). Refer to NTB08-109 for details regarding
the Dealer Shopping Card.

DEALER RESPONSIBILITY

When a customer presents their 350Z along with the Service Visit/Tire Discount Coupon to a Nissan dealer, dealers are to honor the coupon as follows:

1.

Confirm the vehicle has OEM Bridgestone front tires and the mileage on the tires is within the limits of this offer. See mileage details in step 2.

2.

Inspect the front tire tread and only if the vehicle meets the criteria set out, inspect the vehicle's front wheel alignment per the Service Procedure in
this bulletin at no charge to the customer for parts or labor.

3.

Provide the appropriate OP CODE on the basis of whether or not the vehicle met all of the specified criteria as set out in the Claims Information
on.

4.

If the vehicle passes all of the inspection criteria described in the Service Procedure, and the customer wishes to purchase two (2) new front tires
from the dealer, the dealer will honor the tire discount coupon and may claim reimbursement as set out in the Claims Information.

NOTE:

If the customer passes all of the inspection criteria (as evidenced by the dealers use of the appropriate OP CODE), the customer may
alternatively choose to purchase tires from another source and submit a claim for a rebate in the same amount. The coupon tells the
customer how to claim the rebate.

This offer applies only to present owners of 2003 or 2004 350Z vehicles. Customer questions concerning how to qualify or obtain a
Service Visit/Tire Discount Coupon should be referred to the dedicated Claims Administrator.
