Dealers must check Service Comm (PNC P8246 or P8247) to confirm shopping card eligibility for the VIN on the shopping card.

Customers must redeem the entire amount on the shopping card at one time. If a customer's purchase is less than the amount on the shopping card,
the dealer will refund to the customer the remaining amount (cash or check).

Dealers will retain redeemed shopping cards with the dealer invoice.

Dealers can obtain reimbursement for the Dealer Shopping Cards by using the following claims coding.
Submit a "CM" claim using the claims coding shown above.
