2003 - 2004 350Z FRONT TIRE NOISE CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT SHOPPING CARDS

The purpose of this bulletin is to provide dealer instructions for obtaining reimbursement for the customers Dealer Shopping Card as set forth in a class
action settlement for front tire noise.

SERVICE INFORMATION

As part of a settlement of a class action lawsuit involving allegations of tire noise or tire growl in some 2003 and 2004 350Z vehicles, Nissan will be
sending qualified customers a Dealer Shopping Card or Service Visit/Tire Discount Coupon. These shopping cards / coupons are not transferable and
apply only to the name and VIN listed on the coupon.

Dealer Shopping Card:

The Dealer Shopping Card ($225 for 2003 Models or $150 for 2004 Models) can be redeemed for goods or services at any authorized Nissan dealership.
