7.

Drill out the rivets and remove the elastic strap attached to the 2nd and 3rd bow (both sides).

IMPORTANT: 

Be careful not to damage the soft top cover, protect the area as necessary.

Install the elastic straps.

9.

Reinstall all the components in reverse order of removal.

Make sure to apply double-sided tape to the first bow.

10.

Check to make sure this issue has been resolved.
