Removal and Installation
REMOVAL
1. Remove the seat assembly (LH/RH). See: Seats/Service and Repair/Seat/Removal And Installation.
2. Remove accelerator pedal pad. See: Brakes and Traction Control/Brake Pedal Assy/Service and Repair/Removal and Installation.
3. Disengage clip of floor hook (1) with remover tool (A).
Broken circle indicates: Clip
4. Remove foot grille. See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Air Duct/Service and Repair/Foot Grille.
5. Remove the seat belt floor anchor bolt (LH/RH). See: Restraint Systems/Seat Belt Systems/Seat Belt/Service and Repair/Seat Belt
Buckle/Exploded View.
6. Remove center console assembly. See: Console/Service and Repair/Removal And Installation.
7. Remove instrument lower cover (LH/RH), glove box assembly, instrument lower panel RH and instrument side panel (LH/RH). See:
Console/Service and Repair/Removal And Installation.
8. Remove seatback center finisher. See: Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Rear Trim/Removal And Installation.
9. Disconnect the harness connector (A), (B), (C) and (D) from the diagnosis sensor unit (1) and then remove the clips fixing the harness to the floor
trim as shown in the figure.
10. Remove console panel (LH/RH). See: Console/Service and Repair/Removal And Installation.
11. Remove the kicking plate inner (LH/RH), dash side finisher (LH/RH) and body side welt (LH/RH). See: Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Body
Side Trim/Removal And Installation.
12. Remove floor trim fixing clips.
13. Remove floor trim from floor trim fixing clips and remove floor trim.
INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.
