Check continuity between seat belt buckle switch (passenger side) harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - GO TO 4.
NO - Repair or replace harness.
4.CHECK SEAT BELT BUCKLE SWITCH (PASSENGER SIDE)
Check seat belt buckle switch (passenger side).  See: Component Inspection (Belt Buckle Switch).
Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - INSPECTION END

SEAT BELT BUCKLE SWITCH

PASSENGER SIDE : Component Inspection (Belt Buckle Switch)

1.CHECK SEAT BELT BUCKLE SWITCH (PASSENGER SIDE)
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect seat belt buckle switch connector.
3. Check continuity of seat belt buckle (passenger side).

Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - INSPECTION END
NO - Replace seat belt buckle switch (passenger side).  See: Restraint Systems/Seat Belt Systems/Seat Belt/Service and Repair/Seat Belt
