WASHER TANK

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

1. Remove the clip (A).

White Arrow indicates Vehicle front

2. Pull out the washer tank inlet (1) from the washer tank.
3. Remove the fender protector RH (front).  See: Body and Frame/Fender/Front Fender/Front Fender Liner/Service and Repair/Exploded View.
4. Disconnect the washer pump connector.
5. Disconnect the washer level switch connector.
6. Disconnect the front washer tube.
7. Remove the washer tank mounting bolts.
8. Remove the washer tank from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
Add water up to the top of the washer tank inlet after installing. Check that there is no leakage.
