REMOVAL
CAUTION: Disconnect the 12-volt battery negative terminal two minutes after turning the Hybrid System OFF. During this period, do not
open/close doors, nor step on the brake pedal.
1. Disconnect high voltage battery.
2. Disconnect input operator (M/C with stroke simulator) connector.
3. Disconnect hoses from Input operator (M/C with stroke simulator).
4. Remove brake pedal clevis pin.
5. Remove nuts and input operator (M/C with stroke simulator).
INSTALLATION
Note the following, and install in the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION:

Before servicing, disconnect the 12-volt battery negative terminal.

After the work is completed, bleed air from brake simulator and brake tube.
^
Do not bend or damage the brake line.
^
Do not allow any foreign material such as dirt and dust from entering the brake line from the connecting points.
^
Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 250 mm (9.84 in).
^
This torque value is effective when flare nut crowfoot is parallel to a torque wrench.
^
Don not reuse gasket.
^
After erasing Brake ECU memories, perform zero adjustment of following sensors and initialization of linear solenoid valve. These
