Removal and Installation

WARNING: Never remove the radiator cap when the engine is hot. Serious burns could occur from high pressure coolant escaping from the
radiator.
REMOVAL
CAUTION: Perform when the engine cold.
1. Drain the engine coolant from the radiator and condenser assembly and sub-radiator.
2. Remove air cleaner assembly.
3. Remove engine room cover, using power tools.
4. Disconnect the upper radiator hose, heater pipe, electric throttle control actuator inlet hose, oil cooler hose and heater hoses.
5. Remove the engine coolant temperature sensor.
6. Remove the engine coolant outlet.
7. Remove the water control valve.
