Reinstall the sunglass holder by inserting the dampener side first. Then insert the side with the spring, and push the bin forward to close.

Note:

When the post is installed, the spring should rest on the pin (see Figure 5).

Check to see if this incident has been resolved by opening and closing the sunglass holder 3 times.
