Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:

Replace the O-rings on the low-pressure flexible hose and the high-pressure pipe with new ones.
Apply compressor oil to the O-rings when installing them.

Removal and Installation for Rear Evaporator 

REMOVAL

1. Remove the rear heater and cooling unit assembly from the vehicle.
2. Remove the rear blower motor.
3. Remove the rear blower speed resistor.
