Crankshaft Main Bearing Seal: Service and Repair

1.

Remove flywheel or driveplate, then the rear oil seal retainer.

2.

Remove rear oil seal from retainer. Coat new seal with engine oil and install into retainer.

3.

Apply liquid gasket or equivalent to retainer and install.
