DOOR DOES NOT LOCK/UNLOCK WITH DOOR LOCK AND UNLOCK SWITCH

PASSENGER SIDE : Description

Passenger side door does not lock/unlock using door lock and unlock switch.

DOOR DOES NOT LOCK/UNLOCK WITH DOOR LOCK AND UNLOCK SWITCH

PASSENGER SIDE : Diagnosis Procedure

1.CHECK DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR
Check front door lock assembly (passenger side).  See: Component Tests and General Diagnostics/Door Lock Actuator/Passenger Side/Component
Function Check/With Intelligent Key System.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - GO TO 2.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
2.CONFIRM THE OPERATION
Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES  - Check intermittent incident.  See: Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview/Service Information For Electrical
Incident/Intermittent Incident.
NO - GO TO 1.

Without Intelligent Key System

DOOR DOES NOT LOCK/UNLOCK WITH DOOR LOCK AND UNLOCK SWITCH

PASSENGER SIDE : Description

Passenger side door does not lock/unlock using door lock and unlock switch.

DOOR DOES NOT LOCK/UNLOCK WITH DOOR LOCK AND UNLOCK SWITCH

PASSENGER SIDE : Diagnosis Procedure

1.CHECK DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR
Check door lock actuator (passenger side).  See: Component Tests and General Diagnostics/Door Lock Actuator/Passenger Side/Component Function
Check/Without Intelligent Key System.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - GO TO 2.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
2.CONFIRM THE OPERATION
Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES  - Check intermittent incident.  See: Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview/Service Information For Electrical
Incident/Intermittent Incident.
NO - GO TO 1.

With Intelligent Key System

REAR LH : Description

Rear LH side door does not lock/unlock using door lock and unlock switch.

DOOR DOES NOT LOCK/UNLOCK WITH DOOR LOCK AND UNLOCK SWITCH

REAR LH : Diagnosis Procedure

1.CHECK DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR
Check rear door lock assembly LH.  See: Component Tests and General Diagnostics/Door Lock Actuator/Rear LH/Component Function Check/With
Intelligent Key System.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - GO TO 2.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
