Code Tests and Associated Procedures/B Code Charts/B2626.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - GO TO 3.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
3.CONFIRM THE OPERATION
Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES  - Check Intermittent Incident.  See: Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview/Service Information For Electrical
Incident/Intermittent Incident.
NO - GO TO 1.

Passenger Side

DOOR DOES NOT LOCK/UNLOCK WITH DOOR REQUEST SWITCH

PASSENGER SIDE : Description

All doors do not lock/unlock using passenger side door request switch.

DOOR DOES NOT LOCK/UNLOCK WITH DOOR REQUEST SWITCH

PASSENGER SIDE : Diagnosis Procedure

1.CHECK PASSENGER SIDE DOOR REQUEST SWITCH
Check passenger side door request switch.  See: Component Tests and General Diagnostics/Door Request Switch/Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - GO TO 2.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
2.CHECK OUTSIDE KEY ANTENNA
Check outside key antenna (passenger side).  See: Powertrain Management/Computers and Control Systems/Testing and Inspection/Diagnostic
Trouble Code Tests and Associated Procedures/B Code Charts/B2627.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - GO TO 3.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
3.CONFIRM THE OPERATION
Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES  - Check Intermittent Incident.  See: Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview/Service Information For Electrical
Incident/Intermittent Incident.
NO - GO TO 1.

1.CHECK BACK DOOR REQUEST SWITCH
Check back door request switch.  See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Testing and Inspection/Component Function Check.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - GO TO 2.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
2.CHECK OUTSIDE KEY ANTENNA
Check outside key antenna (back door).  See: Powertrain Management/Computers and Control Systems/Testing and Inspection/Diagnostic Trouble
Code Tests and Associated Procedures/B Code Charts/B2628.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - GO TO 3.
NO - Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

Confirm the operation again.
