a. Disconnect reservoir tank hose.

b. Release the tab (A) in the direction shown by the arrow (Black Arrow).
c. Lift up and remove the reservoir tank with tab released.

4. Remove radiator hose (upper and lower).
5. Disconnect harness connector from fan motor, and move harness aside.
6. Remove cooling fan assembly.

CAUTION:
Be careful not to damage or scratch the radiator core.
7. Remove the following parts.

Front grille assembly: See: Body and Frame/Grille/Service and Repair/Front Grille (Regular Grade)/Exploded View.

Front bumper fascia assembly: See: Body and Frame/Bumper/Front Bumper/Service and Repair/Exploded View.

-

Front combination lamp assembly (RH and LH): See: Lighting and Horns/Headlamp/Service and Repair/Exploded View.

8. Remove radiator core support (upper).  See: Body and Frame/Radiator Support/Service and Repair/Exploded View/With Intelligent Key System

(WITH INTELLIGENT KEY SYSTEM) or See: Body and Frame/Radiator Support/Service and Repair/Exploded View/Without Intelligent Key
System (WITHOUT INTELLIGENT KEY SYSTEM).

9. Pull up and remove the radiator assembly (1).

CAUTION:
Be careful not to damage radiator core and condenser assembly core.

INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.
