NO - Repair the harnesses or connectors.
3.CHECK CONTINUITY BETWEEN INTAKE DOOR MOTOR AND GROUND
Check continuity between intake door motor harness connector and the ground.

Is inspection result normal?
YES  - Replace the A/C control.
NO - Repair the harnesses or connectors.
4.CHECK INTAKE DOOR MOTOR
Perform the intake door motor component inspection.  See: Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General Diagnostics/Manual Air
Conditioner/Intake Door Motor/Component Inspection.
Is inspection result normal?
YES  - Replace the A/C control.
NO - Replace the intake door motor.

Component Inspection

1.CHECK INTAKE DOOR MOTOR
1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect the intake door motor connector.
3. Supply to the intake door motor terminal directly, confirm the motor operation by listening the sound or by visually.

Is inspection result normal?
YES  - INSPECTION END
NO - Replace the intake door motor.
