AMBIENT SENSOR

Component Inspection

1.CHECK AMBIENT SENSOR
1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2. Remove the ambient sensor.  See: Service and Repair/Exploded View.
3. Check the resistance between the ambient sensor terminals. Refer to the applicable table for the normal value.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES  - INSPECTION END
NO - Replace the ambient sensor.
