Connect the upper radiator hose.

15.

Install the overflow tube.

Refill the system with anti-freeze coolant solution at an anti-freeze to water ratio of 50/50.

17.

Run the engine until it reaches normal operating temperature.

18.

Stop the engine and check for coolant or A/T fluid leaks.

19.

Install the front under cover (splash guard).

20.

Allow the engine and cooling system to cool completely to room temperature. Open the air relief valve as shown in the following illustration
(VG30 only). Fill the radiator to the top and the reservoir tank to the "MAX" level. Tighten the air relief valve.

21.

Run the engine until it reaches operating temperature.

22.

Check once more for fluid leakage at hoses and drain valve.
