Brake Rotor/Disc: Service and Repair
Removal

Exploded View 2WD

REMOVAL

1. Remove wheel hub and wheel bearing.
2. Remove cotter pin, adjusting cap and wheel bearing nut.
3. Remove wheel hub and rotor.
4. Separate outer wheel bearing inner race and washer.
5. Separate rotor from hub assembly.
6. Remove inside wheel bearing outer race, grease seal and outside wheel bearing outer race.
