Attached to this Technical Bulletin at the time of distribution was an amendment page to the November 1985 (01) printing of the 1986.5 D21 Truck
Service Manual. This amended page correctly showed the Horn Relay location on this vehicle. Please note that this page (EL-96) was previously
amended by Technical Bulletin G186-017 (TS86-063), and that the modification found on the attached amendment page was in addition to that material.
