Before removing the adhesive backing from the insulation foam, pre-fit the insulation foam (see Figure 2) on the HVAC unit and duct to verify
correct position.

Peel off the adhesive backing and apply the insulation foam onto the HVAC unit and duct as shown in Figure 3.

 
6.

Confirm that the insulation foam is fully and smoothly adhered to the HVAC unit and duct (Figure 4).

7.

Reinstall the audio head unit.
