6. Place piston stem end on a wooden block. While pushing servo piston spring retainer down, install E-ring.

7. Install band servo piston assembly onto servo piston retainer by pushing it inward.

8. Install D-ring on OD band servo piston.

Apply ATF to D-ring.

9. Install OD band servo piston onto OD servo piston retainer by pushing it inward.
